Additions Direct catalogue, was one of the best clothes sites on the web. It has now been acquired by Very but they are promising to keep everything that was good from the Additions catalogue. If you follow the links below you will be taken through to the new site where they will explain everything about the merger and what it means to you. I will keep the rest of the page here as the details haven’t really changed that much! They still have a huge range of clothes in their catalogue from womenswear, menswear and kids wear, all the way through to sports & leisure, home & garden and electricals.

Additions Catalogue is one of the oldest and most established online stores out there. In the womenswear section (and lets face it girls, this is really where our interests lie !), there are a huge range of high quality fashion brands ranging from Animal and Clockhouse, through to Holly Willoughby and Teatro.

Everything is really simple to search for, allowing you to drill down on style, prices, brand and even customer rating (although who would want to look at anything with just 1 star i don’t know!!). You can even filter by colour.

So if you are looking for a beige dress between £30 and £40  rated 5 stars, then just click a couple of times and you will have 2 dresses (at the time of writing!) – Iska and Lipsy – wacky names but gorgeous dresses.

At Additions Direct delivery is really good value at only £3.95 on next day delivery (as long as you order before 6pm).  For some of the larger items like washing machines it can take longer and the cost is a bit more – but probably best to check it out online as things often change.

One area I love looking at is the best sellers pages. They currently have over 400 items in here, and again, all the search options are available as before.  The Additions catalogue really has a massive depth to it!

The shoes and boots section is another favourite of mine. Now it’s not quite the same as being in the store and smelling the shoes (and who here doesn’t like doing that?), but the range available more than makes up for this.  Check this out – over 1000 lines of footwear!  everything from boots, pumps and sandals through to shoes slippers and trainers.

Check out these Boots from Dune – with a cuff at the top they can be worn over the knee style or with the cuff turned down.
